When rebranding an organisation, having a powerful brand identity on paper is one thing. You also need intelligent implementation.
As a company, and as individuals, we know signage well, really well.
Our evolution to a fully integrated design and project management company stems from over 30 years direct experience in designing, manufacturing and installing corporate, retail, architectural and environmental signage.
We know what's been done, how it's done and how to better it.
We also know that signage will be the single most expensive asset implemented in any brand change. Getting it right can deliver significant benefits. Getting it wrong can be equally significant.
You must think creatively, plan strategically and deliver intelligently.
This is what we do.
Different Rebrands. Different Industries. Same Service.
We can support you and your team with:
Research & Planning
We will work with you to determine the rebrand scope and budget, and scenario plan and model ‘high level’ costs for various approaches to launch and rollout. We will identify opportunities to reduce signage costs, and prepare an overall rebrand programme plan and timeline.
Our expert team will conduct site surveys to capture fact based information (including photos, videos, key dimensions and condition reports) as well as subjective information – asking all the relevant questions, what is the suitability of the current signage? Is there a better position available? Can we rationalise it?
Design & Documentation
Our Design Team will produce site documentation to show existing signage and proposed signage as well as brand treatments for each site.
We will then develop technical signage specifications for site specific signs in accordance with our clients signage Guidelines and relevant Australian industry standards. If required, we will also prepare full construction documentation for the construction of signs including materials, finishes and manufacturing processes.
Approvals & Procurement
Our team will assess the need for, and obtain, all relevant permit and council approvals.
We will then finalize the procurement strategy and prepare a Request for Quotation (RFQ) Pack which combines all drawings, construction documentation and contractual obligations. This will then be released to select vendors. We will review all RFQ submissions and conducted post tender interviews with shortlisted companies.
We will present our recommendations back to our client and authorize contractor(s) to proceed.
Implementation
Our specialist Project Managers will attend contractor(s) meeting and quality control the manufacture of all items.
We will coordinate work onsite including the removal of all existing signage, electrical works, preparation and painting (if applicable) and replacement / installation of all new signage, ensuring compliance and adherence to project timelines.
Throughout this, we will regularly communicate the progress of the rebrand with relevant project stakeholders.
Close-Out
At the conclusion of the project, we will inspect the quality of the works of all third parties, and issue and manage a defect list (if necessary) for remedial works. We will attend to defects and issue CPCs (Certificate of Practical Completion) when satisfied.
Only then will we approve contractors invoices on behalf of the client. Lastly, we will review and compile completion reports.
