wiin worked in partnership with brand transformation agency Traffic, to successfully deliver a national rebrand programme for Goodyear Autocare. As Brand Implementation Managers, our scope included to survey all 110 sites, prepare site specific documentation, obtain all relevant permits, tender the works and project manage the rollout.

Now, five years on, Goodyear Autocare is a vibrant, highly successful brand with 130+ franchised outlets and plans for continued growth. The success has been due to a combination of rigorous adherence to the Goodyear franchise model and the values and professionalism of the franchisees who now know the commercial value of lifetime customers.
