A new player to the real estate market, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate captures the familiarity and trust of the existing Better Homes and Gardens brand.

wiin worked with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate on the opening of their first Australian office in The Ponds, NSW.

Created by Design Portfolio, this beautiful space has been designed for collaboration and discussion, allowing customers to feel right at home. This can be seen in the open, informal waiting area, the kiosk interaction and reception, along with the green wall backdrop, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere which captures the familiarity and trust of the existing Better Homes and Gardens brand.

Over a period of 10 months, wiin worked closely with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate to:  

• Design & develop a Built Environment Guide. This includes specifications & sourcing of furniture, finishes and feature lighting as well as supplier engagement and negotiation

• Create 3D models and high quality renders

• Construction Documentation

• Project Management: site audits, approvals and procurement.

This new real estate agency will offer not only traditional real estate sales and leasing services but also a complete lifestyle experience that leverages renovating, design, styling and landscaping content from the popular TV program and magazine.
