Findex is one of Australasia’s leading providers of integrated financial advisory and accounting services. The business was founded in Melbourne in 1987 and has since expanded to include a wide and strategically dispersed presence across Australia and New Zealand.
When the business announced it would unify its services under one headline brand, major client facing brands such as Crowe Horwath, amongst others, were to be rebranded as Findex. The amalgamation strategy comes as the network looked to better interconnect the existing service lines currently offered throughout its family office model.
As Brand Implementation Managers, wiin was engaged to plan, design and rollout the new Findex brand across all 110 branches in Australia and New Zealand. Our scope included to:
Scenario plan and model ‘high level’ costs for various approaches to launch and rollout
Identify opportunities to reduce signage costs
Prepare rebrand programme plan and timeline
Investigate current signage placement across the existing networks in Australia and New Zealand
Design and develop an online Site Audit Form to be used onsite to capture all required information
Prepare Signage Specifications
Prepare site specific Signage Montage Documentation
Assist and obtain all relevant Landlord and Council Approvals
Project Manage the rollout:
- Procurement: signage manufacture and installation
- Site Coordination & Quality Assurance
- Attendance to defects
- Contracts Administration
