Australia’s largest fragrance specialist, The Perfume Connection, is undergoing an extensive store refurbishment program to incorporate a new concept design across its network.
Working with Melbourne based brand agency Traffic, WIIN Solutions provides end to end project management services to deliver the new store design in a uniform and cost effective manner.
Our involvement includes:
- Project planning and control
- Budgeting
- Surveys of all sites
- CAD Drawings and documentation
- Permit applications with various landlords and authorities
- Procurement of all fixtures and fittings
- Coordinate the production and work on site
