In only 13 years, Secret Recipe has become one of Asia’s leading café restaurants with over 240 outlets in nine countries.
When the company expanded to Australia in 2010, WIIN Solutions was appointed to create new design concepts and manage the fitout of all Secret Recipe café restaurants nationally.
The most crucial challenge we faced was to guarantee a globally consistent and sustainable brand identity for Secret Recipe, while at the same time, “westernizing” its look and feel to cater for the Australian market.
Working with one of Australia’s leading hospitality retail designers, for each site, WIIN Solutions provides the complete project management solution, which includes:
- Concept design and development
- CAD drawings and documentation
- Permit procurement
- Manage the tender process and the appointment of suitable suppliers and installers (e.g. joinery, building and signage, etc)
- Coordinate the production and work on site
WIIN Solutions looks forward to being a part of Secret Recipe’s continued success as they plan to open a further 50 stores nationally over the next 5 years, before expanding their operations to Europe.
