


Repco appointed WIIN Solutions to manage the rebranding of all 420 stores across Australia and Zealand.
To support the acceleration of the project, our primary focus was to develop detailed specifications and standards for their store network. As such, WIIN Solutions compiled a ‘Retail Operations’ Manual for Repco which included:
- Visual Identity Styleguide – How the new brand is to be applied across all facets of the business
- A lessor (construction) manual – To ensure that all stores are built to Repco’s requirements
- A lessee (fitout) manual – To ensure that Repco’s internal properties, i.e. joinery, racking, merchandising, etc, is consistent
- Work flow schedule
Also included in our role as Project Managers was to:
- Develop a comprehensive fitout plan to include every aspect of store development across all departments
- Manage the tender process and appointment of suitable suppliers for all internal and external store requirements
WIIN Solutions partnered with Repco’s Property Department to refurbish an impressive 5 stores per week to their new standards.
