Following the acquisition of Smorgon Steel by OneSteel in 2007, WIIN Solutions was commissioned to integrate all (110) Smorgon Steel sites and their physical assets into the OneSteel network.
As Brand Implementation Managers, we were responsible for the rebranding of 110 Distribution, Reinforcing and Recycling sites, 300 vehicles and 10,000 scrap bins.
To ensure the successful completion of this large scale reimaging project, a number of distinct phases were employed:
- Design concept and development
- Project setup
- Surveys and documentation
- Signage design and prototyping
- Approvals and costings
- Manufacture, install and quality control
Paramount to the success of this project was adhering to the most stringent of safety procedures and practices while onsite which WIIN Solutions undertook with due skill, care and diligence.
